Wow, it's been a long time

I should really write more since it's suppose to be very theraputic. We've added another member to the family. Jacob Logan was born March 23, just two days before his Dad's birthday. The girls are both trying to be little mommies.
We moved into our very own house last June. We removed carpet and added new plumbing, but it is definitely turning into the house we've always dreamed about.
I joined a service sorority last April and have enjoyed getting out which according to my husband seems to be every week. Our two main focuses are St. Jude and Easter Seals. We do other little projects throughout the year.
Other than all of that, we've managed to stay fairly busy. Three kids certainly keep you on your toes.

We are busy!

Well little Miss. Jaelah was born on October, 29, 2008. She was born at 7:38am and weighed 6lbs 60z and was 21inches long. When she was born she had pneumonia and pulmonary hypertension. She was transferred to the NICU in Huntsville. She was on a ventilator for 9 days and went home after 2 weeks. Those were the longest two weeks of my life! She is now such a happy baby and I couldn't ask for a better baby. I absolutely love how much joy she adds to the family. Juliett loves her to death.
Speaking of Juliett she had her two year birthday on Jan 18. She had a lollipop birthday. I made cupcakes with suckers on top and white grape punch. She got a lot of neat gifts, she really liked her book that makes noise.
I am going to San Francisco fairly soon. I need a vacation from all the craziness with inlaws and my own relatives. I really need some coconut ice cream too. I think a week away will put everything in perspective. YAY for me!

Pregnancy

I found out in May that I was pregnant again. Of course the first thing I did was get all upset because we hadn't planned on getting pregnant till Juliett was 2. We did find out later that we are having another girl! I am very excited about it, but would have liked one of each as well. We decided to name her Jaelah Leigh and am due October 29. We stuck with all J names again, but perhaps the third child will have something different. I am anxiously awaiting her arrival in just a few weeks. I am having a elective c-section this time because of complications during Juliett's birth.
